About the Clinic
In 1979, Dr. Dean and Dr. Debora Halleran saw their dream of opening an Optometry clinic become a reality when they opened the doors and welcomed patients. Still in the same location today, the practice continues to accept new patients while serving many of those patients who’ve been with us since the first years in business.
Continuing in the family-run practice, Dr. Clare Halleran joined the practice in 2011. Eager to enhance the practice, Dr. Clare brought new services to the clinic and allowed the practice to grow with the needs of the clinic’s patients. In 2014, Dr. Lorielle Pevie, a native of nearby Arnold’s Cove, joined our great team of Doctors, further helping the practice grow and continuing to enhance the care given at our clinic.
In 2016, we decided to change our clinic name to match our mission of offering our patients complete eye health care and wellness and we became known as “East Coast Eyecare.”
In late 2016, Dr. Clare Halleran took ownership of East Coast Eyecare and is committed to always providing the greatest there is to offer in Eye healthcare service.
